The Centre for Print Research (CFPR), University of the West of England, presents works from CFPR Editions. Established in 1998, CFPR is an internationally recognised research centre that brings together expertise across traditional and digital print practices, working at the intersection of fine art, design, material science, and engineering. CFPR Editions will showcase limited edition works that expand the concept of print through experimental processes and materials, including robotics, glass, ceramics, textiles, and installation. The presentation brings together a series of research-led curations, including Allyship, led by Angie Butler, Senior Research Fellow. This project examines the theme of allyship through contemporary printmaking, foregrounding the role of letterpress as an active and critical practice today, alongside further works that reflect the breadth of CFPR’s research and collaborative inquiry.
